Barry J. Feldman, MD

Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease


Barry J. Feldman, MD, MHCM, FACC, FACP, FSCAI, is chief of the Division of Cardiology and the program director for the Palmetto Health-USC Cardiology Fellowship Program. He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Dr. Feldman earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and completed his residency in internal medicine at Harvard University, New England Deaconess Hospital. He completed a cardiology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and is board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant.

Dr. Feldman's responsibilities include his role as executive medical director of Cardiovascular Services at Palmetto Health and seeing patients at Palmetto Health-USC Cardiology.
