Meera Narasimhan, MD



Meera Narasimhan, MD, serves as chair of the Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group Department of Neuropsychiatry. Narasimhan received her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in India, where she also completed her internship and internal medicine residency. She completed a psychiatry internship at Columbia University in New York City, followed by a psychiatry residency, a chief residency and a clinical neuroscience research fellowship at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. She is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition to role as a professor of Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Science at USC, Narasimhan serves as associate provost for Health Sciences at USC.
